Description
Locally grown rock oysters suffused with the unique flavours of the rich marine environment that is the River Blackwater. These oysters were introduced to our local environment from France by my dad, Richard Haward. He introduced them because our native oysters are so difficult to grow and not available all year round. They are large and fluted in appearance, easily distinguishable from our natives.
